Thats Hot

Imagine be able to do that in a pub, excellent

England .. shameful England

OK ... finally after a week of crying n trowing things, i have the gut to type something about the disappointing Engalnd, who could not make in to next yr Euro 08 , ( still my heart ache thinking about it) , after a shocking defeat to Russia , everyone whos an England fans would think we have been giving a lifeline by god, but instant we throw the chance away , all becoz of the shit manager we got , n that dickhead is call Steve McClaren. Instead of going for a win ( a win for the nation ) he decide to gamble , to put an inexperience Goal keeper ( Scott Carson ) n by putting out one striker ( Peter Couch ), now with a must win game , what the hell r u doin by putting Carson on goal ? an inexperience keeper who never been in a huge pressure game b4, u got James who is a very experience keeper n know how to deal with pressure , n with out back 4 defence not being our first choice defencer , should u be putting someone who got experience in goal to take care / control our defence???
One striker .. now y the hell would u put a striker whos good at heading n holding the ball , but not good at running with the ball as a lone striker? a lone striker should be able to run with the ball , use his pace to get pass defencer , but instead u put a giant up front with no support.
With this kind of formation i can only thing u r trying to gamble for the gd of urself , coz if we do win the game , u want people to think of u as a hero, who use a wired formation n player to win game, but it all backfire n u only have urself to blame for the slacking . Oh n what piss me off most is u refuse to resign from ur post , so the FA have to fire u n will have to paid 2.5million pound for the compenation .
As i've ( n million of england supporter ) said its a mistake to appoint u as our manager , right from the beginning , first FA fired Ericsson coz he was shit n go n hired his assisitane?? who even a kid know its a big mistake, and don;t get me started on the FA , they r a brunch of old fart who know nth about football , but only gd at making money , but with the way we r goin ..... just don;t wanna imagine.

Banksy Preservation

Not only has the London district of Islington given Banksy’s street works official protection, they are now having their staff conserve the pieces. The following article was published in The Evening Standard, seems ironic, while all effort is made to prevent graffiti and street art in most the world over, London makes even more effort to ensure its kept, theres a whole debate and much more to this, but read the article and make your own opinion.
Works by maverick street artist Banksy are being restored by council workers to protect them from graffiti vandals. One piece in Islington has been repaired five times by workmen who paint over the offending “tags”. A worker was spotted retouching the artist’s “Tate Gallery” piece in Martineau Road, near Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.
Banksy’s work sells for six-figure sums to Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. But some of his pieces that appear in public places without permission have been condemned as vandalism. Tower Hamlets council has threatened to remove any work by the artist that appears on its patch without permission.
But it seems that Islington makes a clear distinction between his creations and that of the graffiti vandals ” tagging” over his work. One onlooker thought the workmen were about to remove the piece in Islington on Monday afternoon and stopped to remonstrate with them. Vicky Bamforth, 40, of Hackney, said: “I was driving past and got out because I thought they were about to try to get rid of it. I asked them what they were doing and they were very cagey. But eventually they admitted that it kept getting vandalised and they were repairing it.”
She added: “A lot of people in the area really like Banksy’s work and it’s a bit worrying the council thinks anyone with a paintbrush is qualified to restore pieces worth thousands. “At what point does it stop being a Banksy and start being a collaboration with Islington council?”
Islington today defended its policy to clean up and repair the artist’s work. It insisted it was spending taxpayers’ money on the operation in response to residents’ demands. Deputy leader and executive member for environment, Lucy Watt, said: “We take a very hard line on graffiti and remove it within 24 hours when it is reported to us. However, residents have been telling us Banksy is in a class of his own, his art sells for thousands, and they don’t want us to remove the work. Because of the quality and renown of Banksy’s work in Islington many people want to see it preserved.”

Some News

COFFEE REDUCES RISK OF CANCER Drinking coffee could reduce the risk of contracting skin cancer by more than a third. Scientists believe caffeine stops cells in the body from dividing and acts as an antioxidant so drinking a daily cup could ward off the disease.
AIRLINE TO OFFER CARBON OFFSET SCHEME Virgin Atlantic will not only be selling duty free cigarettes and alcohol, now passengers can buy carbon offsets as well, reports the Times. Thanks to global warming and carbon emission scares, the airline is attempting to make travellers feel obliged to pay to offset the emissions from their journey. Other airlines offer people the option of paying for carbon offsets via their websites but Virgin are the first to offer on flights, having joined forces with myclimate, a Swiss-based charity promoting sustainable energy projects.
MOTHER’S STRIPPER PLANS FOR SON BACKFIRE A 16-year-old boy got a birthday surprise from his mother that he will never forget when a stripper in a gorilla outfit arrived at his school, reports the Times. Pre-arranged with his teacher, the mother of the boy at Arnold High School in Nottingham was shocked to hear that she got more than she bargained for from the gorilla. The stripper undressed to her bra and panties to a Britney Spears soundtrack, the teacher only intervening when the stripper began to whip the student 16 times to mark his birthday, telling him he had been a "very naughty boy".
NASA DISCOVERS NEW PLANET NASA claims to have found a fifth planet orbiting a star outside our solar system, reports Reuters. The discovery has led scientists to believe that there are more solar systems like ours out there, especially since the planet, much bigger than earth, is suspected to be a similar distance away from its sun, a star known as 55 Cancri. The planet was discovered after 18 years of research and study of the 55 Cancri's orbit.
RADIOHEAD'S ALBUM EXPERIMENT BACKFIRES Radiohead will be disappointed that fans who, when offered the chance to decide how much they wanted to pay to download their new album, decided to take it for free. The band surprised the music industry last month by saying they were going to let fans determine the price of their seventh album but have found that one in three, approximately 1.2 million people, paid nothing for In Rainbows, says the Telegraph. Sorry i m one of them. Shame on me..
BATMAN KO'D BY HONG KONG'S MURKY WATERS He may be one of the world’s toughest superheroes, but it appears the bacteria-infested waters surrounding Hong Kong are too much for the caped crusader. The Guardian reports that producers have had to veto a scene in the upcoming sequel, The Dark Knight, where actor Christian Bale jumps from a plane into the sea between Hong Kong island and Kowloon because a water sample revealed it contains such high levels of life-threatening bacteria. Thats very shameful Hong Kong, get ur act together and have our harbour clean up...

Italy...Not again!!!

Italian football fans have reacted violently inside and outside stadiums following the police shooting of a Lazio supporter.
Italian football fans have reacted violently inside and outside stadiums following the police shooting of a Lazio supporter. Gabriele Sandri, 26, was shot in what police called a "tragic error" as they tried to stop violence between rival fans at a motorway stop in Tuscany. A match between Atalanta and AC Milan was stopped as fans and police clashed. There was violence at other games. Later hundreds of fans rampaged in Rome and there were more protests in Milan. Police chiefs, politicians and football administrators will be meeting on Monday to seek to limit the damage from the weekend's incidents.
Bus torched
The worst violence was in the capital, where hundreds of armed fans attacked a police barracks and the Italian Olympic Committee headquarters. Sunday's late match between AS Roma and Cagliari had been postponed as a precaution but fans wielding rocks and clubs turned up outside the Stadio Olimpico. Security guards in the Olympic headquarters barricaded themselves in as fans outside smashed windows and burned vehicles as they clashed with police. The mob blocked off one end of a bridge over the Tiber and ordered motorists to leave the area. A bus was torched and several people including police were injured. There were also angry scenes in central Milan near the offices of the broadcaster RAI, as fans hurled rocks at a police station and beat up two journalists. In Bergamo, where Atalanta were playing AC Milan, police and fans clashed ahead of the match. The game was abandoned 10 minutes after kick-off, when fans tried to smash down a barrier and force their way onto the pitch. In Siena, supporters shouted "murderers" at police. There was also violence at lower league games in southern Italy. Seven of the top league games started 10 minutes late with players wearing black armbands although atmospheres remained tense. Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi called for a full investigation into the shooting and said the violence was "very worrying".
'Tragic error'
Mr Sandri, a 26-year-old disc jockey from Rome, was a Lazio fan on his way to a match with Inter Milan. Lazio fans and supporters of Juventus on their way to a match at Parma reportedly clashed at the service station near Arezzo. Mr Sandri was apparently shot while in a car outside the motorway restaurant. Police suggested he may have been killed by a warning shot. The exact details of the shooting are unclear and an investigation is under way. "It was a tragic error," said Arezzo police chief Vincenzo Giacobbe. "Our agent had intervened to prevent the brawl between these two groups, who had not been identified as fans," Mr Giacobbe said, according to the Italian news agency Ansa. The Inter-Lazio game was postponed. In April the Italian government introduced a law aimed at stamping out football hooliganism. It was enacted after a policeman was killed in rioting at a match in Sicily in February. The BBC's Frances Kennedy in Rome says that despite the new anti-hooliganism measures, Sunday's explosion of anger shows that violence is never far from the surface.
P.S. Gosh when will they ever learn? How many more people will have to be killed b4 they get it into their stupid head? Stop the whole season all together i said, let them know what they have done, i don;t care how much money people will lose if the ban does happen, what is worst losing money or losing fd n family, this is just not on !! Fucking crazy. Too many people r bein lost over whats suppose to be the beautiful game... Talkin about Englishmen being the worst football fan in the world? Please..I m really mad .. fucking mad i m..
