Harry Kewell is Fit

wow thats Hot , Kewell is back and will be playin tonite, again too bad i m in china so can;t see the match but i m sure he will do just fine.
Rafael Benitez believes the return of Harry Kewell to competitive action could be the equivalent of a new signing at the club.
Kewell could make his first start of the season against Cardiff City tonight when Liverpool go in search of a victory which would take them into the quarter finals of the Carling Cup.
Having impressed during a 45 minute run-out for the reserves last week, Benitez has welcomed Kewell's return after a lengthy lay off and believes the midfielder still has an important role to play at Anfield.
"He played well for the reserves and scored a good goal last week," said Benitez. "He is in the squad for tonight's game.
"He is confident and now wants to play some games in a row. He is training really well and I'm pleased to see him back again because he has been out for a long time.
"When you talk about Harry Kewell you talk about pace, ability, experience and about somebody who can score goals and play in different positions so it is clear he could be like a new signing for us."

No more Gap

A new investigative report by the U.K.’s The Observer reveals that children are still being used to make clothes for the GAP.

Go to this ( http://observer.guardian.co.uk/world/story/0,,2200573,0.html ) to read the heartbreaking tale of a group of kids in New Delhi that were sold in to slavery by their families and ended up in an underage sweatshop for the retail giant.

Banksy latest!!!

Read the story below by Canoe Inc of the most recent works of Banksy in London's East End, thought to be in response to the arrival of Shepard Fairey in London, but a symbol of the movement out from within the underground...
"Under cover of broad daylight, scaffolding was erected today and covered by sheets at the end of Pollard Row East London to the side of The Bethnal Green Working Men's Club (44-46 Pollard Row, E2 6NB) and a security guard was posted to the side of the covered scaffolding.
Inside was the man himself - Banksy, busy spraying and rollering the newest of his art projects, a flower made of double yellow lines and a man having a break to the side, sat on a tin of paint.

Perhaps in reposte to the presence of Shepard Fairey who has an opening show just down the road next week at The Truman Brewery, he chose the area more used to seeing posts by the East End's own Dave the Chimp who is as iconic as the both of them in his images and satire. Since arriving last week Shepard has been a busy boy on the streets.

Its reported that the side of the building in question had given permission for someone to utilise the space, though they possibly didn't know it would be Banksy. Tomorrow morning will be a nice surprise for someone. It's ruined the idea of illegal psots in the night though, perhaps his fame means he no longer posts illegal work..."

California burning

one of the biggest evacuations in US history is underway with more than 500,000 people fleeing California's wildfires. 10,000 people are now sheltering in a football stadium in San Diego. At least two people have died.
This is a picture taken by Nasa from space. It shows the smoke from the fires drifting across the Pacific. Strong winds are fanning the flames. An area the size of New York City has already burned to the ground and more's expected.

Liverpool oh Liverpool

After losin to Besiktas in Turkey, leaves us bottom in our Champion league group, with only 3 games to go, its just not go enough, although we r still unbeaten in Premiership , but we have draw to many games for my liking, and with the among of money we spend this season..its just not good enough, we need to improve and fast, get our defence sorted, for the past few season we r so gd with our defence , but lately we don;t seen to be gd at that too, lettin in goal every games.
Come on Liverpool w can do better then that ..

Nike takeover Umbro

This is Massive news..
Nike's march to become the #1 brand in world football took a significant leap overnight with the announcement that it has aquired Cheshire based football stalwart Umbro PLC for $582 million USD. Umbro listed publicly in 2004, and is reeling after a recent profit downgrade and speculation that profits could slide by as much as 40% should the English national team fail to qualify for Euro 2008. The Nike deal has been warmly embraced by Umbro, the English FA and Umbro affiliated clubs.
Currently there is no indication that any teams or players from the Umbro stable will be rebranded with the Nike swoosh. At least certainly not in the short term. Nike's vice-president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Eunan McLaughlin, has stated that "We want to invest in and grow the Umbro brand. We are in this for the long haul."
Over the past decade Nike has managed to brand a greater share world football's marquee clubs and players, including Rhonaldinhio and the once Umbro-sponsored Manchester United. They have also become the chief trendsetters whet it comes to football apparell design, with their multi-panelled, texture-rich kits almost becoming a standard starting point for other competing kit manufacturers. Culturally they have brought football into the sneaker and street culture fold like no other brand has previously, thanks to such projects as F.C.R.B.
What does this mean for adidas? Football is at the heart of the adidas story. Much of the brand's prestige comes from it's historical domination of world football sponsorship. Currently it seems likely that adidas will even loose it's sponsorship of the German national side, with adidas locked in dispute with the German FA which is seeking to drop adidas by 2011 so it can accept an offer from Nike that is six times the amount currently paid by adidas.
Gucci's parent company PPR has already this year aquired a controlling stake in Puma. Reebok and Converse are now subsiduaries of adidas and Nike respectively. In an increasingly predatory footwear and sports apparel market, could adidas itself be vulnerable to a future takeover bid?

Shameless

This got to be one of the best TV show, i m loving it, i m like hook to it.

Meet the Gallaghers. Mum went AWOL years ago, Dad stayed at home with the six children only to hit the bottle. And sometimes the kids... The real head of the family is big sister Fiona (20), who looks after Carl (11), Debbie (9) and baby Liam (3). She is occasionally helped, more often hindered, by reluctant virgin 'Lip' (16) and the actively gay, but very private, Ian (15).

Welcome to a hectic world of sexual adventures, triumphs, love, scams and a fair bit of crime on a rough Manchester housing estate, where wheel-less cars are the norm and the moving ones are stolen.

How good does that sound haha..n i promise its a cracker..

Star War

Not a Star War fan, infact don;t think i have seen any Star War movie in my life, but how much does this pic rock ( i think ) .

If I were a Hollywood actor, I'd be Vince Vaughn

Not the typical ladies man, you manage to pull your share due to your cool demeanor. A self made bad boy whose good natured fun seems to rub off on those around you. Not another guy you'd rather tour the town with. Baby, you're money, one of a kind.

We r in the final

We are in the final of the 2007 Rubgy world cup, beating the host nation France 14-9. Oh i m over the moon, what a match it was.Come on England lets win the world cup now..
PARIS, 14 October - Ever the professional, England's talisman Jonny Wilkinson was already looking ahead to next week's final in the aftermath of his team's stunning semi-final victory over France.
Wilkinson said both Argentina and South Africa, who meet in the second-semi-final on Sunday, would pose a massive challenge.
"They are different but both teams have shown top performances," he said. "They have both had a clean sweep and haven't lost a game and that shows a huge amount of consistency and quality."
Wilkinson was once again England's hero on Saturday, steering his side to a 14-9 victory over the host nation at Stade de France.
But the fly half had to dig deep to recover his match-winning powers in the second half.

Come on England

Lets kick the shit out of France tonight, and go to the final..I will be supporting you guys..

Kewell Kewell Welcome back..

My favour footballer is back.
The Australia midfielder has not kicked a ball for the Anfield club this season after picking up a groin injury while playing for his country in the Asian Cup in the summer.

It was the latest in a series of injury setbacks for the former Leeds player, but manager Benitez is now hoping Kewell can prove his fitness and press for a place in the first team squad.

Benitez told Liverpool's website: "Harry has been working really hard with the physios and next week he could be training or running with the rest of the first team.

"Harry is very important for us. A player with pace and ability who can score goals is always going to be important."

This could well be the last chance Kewell gets to extend his stay at Liverpool. Several teams were interested in his services during the summer, but Benitez wanted to give the former Leeds winger every chance to prove his value to the club.

But if Kewell fails to establish himself in the squad this time, he is likely to be surplus to requirements at the end of the season.

Despite heavy spending on bringing new wide midfielders to the club in Ryan Babel and Yossi Benayoun, Benitez insists Kewell still has a role to play at Anfield.

He said: "It's clear he's someone with great quality and experience and we need these kind of players for the rest of the season."

Meanwhile, Benitez is keeping his fingers crossed that Fernando Torres does not aggravate an ankle injury when he plays for Spain this weekend.

The Liverpool striker was restricted to just a light training session with his international team-mates earlier in the week, but he is expected to figure in Spain's crucial clash with Denmark on Saturday.

Benitez, who wants the player fit for his first Merseyside derby at Everton on Saturday week, added: "It's a risk but I know he wants to play because they have such an important game for Spain."

The ladie's bra

All becoz of Apple

Have u ever spill coffee all over urself while u r workin on ur mac/laptop? then u jump up so fast that u forgot ur headphone was still attached to both ur ear canal and ur computer’s audio jack. This (of course) sent everything crashing off the table and onto the tiled floor, causing the monitor to partially crack and detach from its hinges, rendering it totally useless.(I know how much it cost to get my mac screen fix, n its painfully expensive). If this sound like you, then try Replug, a universal attachment that will work with your iPod, your laptop and/or the Discman you’d never admit to owning, so when you decide to scorch your nether regions and neglect to remember you’re wearing your headphones, it’ll merely detach from the jack, saving everything from a miserable demise. A solid investment, and absolutely worthy of its Design Distinction award in this year’s ID Magazine Annual Design Review, don’t you think?
Yes i think they got the Idea from the almighty Apple.
